    We have beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Opened a bottle of the amber ale we brewed a couple weeks ago. It's still not ready yet ( another 1-2 weeks) and has a LOT of carbonation. Otherwise it was really really really good!!!

    We have a brown ale in the fermenter that we bottle next week..

    Both of these were kits and I think we may be ready to start brewing with out one.

    Me= Very happy girl

    Always wanted to try homemade beer. Tice and I made our own fruit wines and it was WOOHOO. Made apple, pear, damsal plum, red grape, peach from our own trees and vines. The plum and the pear made me loopy. We found an old dump that wines used and we got lots of cool bottles to wash and sterilize. Made excellent Christmas gifts. Maybe you could bottle a 6 pk for gifts.

    That's cool. We have a store here that sells tons of that stuff to make your own and I've always been curious but never had the motivation to do it. I think I just wanted to have the personalized bottles with my name on it lol Feel free to share with the whole board lol

    Nice!

    Dh said to tell ya, that we will be in RI the first part of November. Said we will have to get together with you & your Dh. Said that way he can try out your beer. He LOVES the dark ale. He can't drink anything else. He even said he would trade ya, some of your ale for my grandfathers homemade Moonshine. (stuff will knock you on your butt!)
