The plum and the pear made me loopy. We found an old dump that wines used and we got lots of cool bottles to wash and sterilize. Made excellent Christmas gifts. Maybe you could bottle a 6 pk for gifts.

Since Tice died in 2003 he didn't leave me instructions. But he learned online. Go to a store that sells beer and wine making supplies for every thing you need. That's what we did. Just use real ripe fruit, not canned. You will need lots of sugar and some yeast. I think rest was just water. We made 5 gallon batches at a time and it took a couple of weeks at least before bottling.

We call it SATAN beer because of the label. Its a red Amber Ale 8% alc./vol. Made in Canada. I figured you'd appriciate it. We have abottle that we're holding onto, just because how often do you see SATAN on a beer
