Look at this email I just got. LOL
These people are crazy! Sad thing is though some people will fall for it. I got this email this morning.
Iam Mr. Grant Kvalheim top senior bank official of the foreign remittance department Amalgamated bank in London (affiliated with Barclays bank London )
I am in charge of the federal reserves account and auditing ,during the course of auditing some account, I discovered that a particular account has been lying dormant for some time, and this account was used by the military back in 1998-/2000,the total some in that account is $25.5m dollars.
Finally the reason why I contacted you is that I don!/t want the Government and my bank to know that I discovered such huge amount in a dormant account, one good thing is that I use my position here to transfer this fund into your bank account through amalgamated internet banking online.
Please if you are interested to assist me transferring the money into your bank account feel free to contact me via this email address
Waiting to hear from you
Regards
Mr. Grant Kvalheim

I got one similar to that yesterday, and it was sent from a gmail account.
I forwarded it to [email protected] and included the headers of the email so they can take the appropriate action.
2 days from now, tomorrow will be yesterday.

I get these on my aol accts almost weekly or more sometimes, I would love to know where these idiots get our addys, the funny thing is last year before they started all the email crap I got 3 checks in the mail for $50,000, $5,000 and cant remember the other but it was only a few grand, said to go cash it i won somekind of lottery, well i trashed them after my bank said it was all fraud from the internet, one reason I will not link my bank accounts to anything online, I use a prepaid greendot cc for most purchases, let em try to steal that i guarantee you there wont be much on it at a time!
