We just had a mahi special at work that came with shrimp and scallops and it was served with mango salsa.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.

I just recently tried some of theirs salsa's and I fell in love with the "Sam's Choice brand mild, all natural Southwest Black Bean & White Corn Salsa" it also comes in a reusable large mason jar. They have all sorts of flavors. I know I seen a pineapple one. So they probably still have the mango.

Yea that pineapple one was GOOD, I never tried the bean one you speak of but I have saw it in there. Usually because it's by the pineapple & other flavors & I went with them Hahaha

My son loves the pineapple one too. I've so far only tried the 2 flavors. But will have to get mango next.

I can probably work with Hippie's recipe except I'll be cutting out the coriander. I really hate that stuff.

Thanks again everyone & now I'll have to look for the flavored ones at Wallmart.

I hardly ever add the coriander either, because I don't usually keep it on hand! And I use purple onions too if I don't have scallions.
