I use the "F" word in the car quite a bit. Hard not to say it with all the idiots out there. I try not to say it when hubby is in the car. Usually the only time we're in the car together is when we're going to church and he especially doesn't want to hear it then.
I hear it a lot at work, working with a bunch of detectives. I've learned to pretty much ignore it.
Dear Lord, please give me the strength to not slap an idiot today......Amen.

You guys are right the C word is another vile word. I didn't even think of that one. Then again, I haven't heard anyone use that word in years. I guess that is why it didn't come to mind.

I hope no one thought I was trying to imply they are uneducated if they use that word, i have been known to use some of them but try not to now. I think those that use "cuss" words every other word in a sentence are showing a small vocabulary. I have been to some movies were it seems like they use that word so much, for no reason. The movie would not have been worse w/o using the word in that sentence.
my 3 yr old says "darn it" when he gets mad. LOL it's kind of cute.
Moms of boys work from son up to son down and then they go on line to escape

I cuss a lot but I do have respect for people. UNLESS I am mad, then I don't care. lol But for the most part I don't do it much around strangers and if I know someone goes to church and don't cuss, then I watch my mouth around them and don't cuss. (my dad is a preacher) So you can cuss and still have respect for others. In my own personal, day to day life I do cuss and enjoy it though. lol
Oh I also don't like the C word and I do not like GD at ALL! Although I have said both before I really try not to and have only said them both when I was really mad/upset about something.

with the line of work hubby is in, I hear the "F"word all the time, my ex used pretty much every other word outta his mouth, I hated that. When I was a teen, my dad would let us say shit and damn, but I rarely ever said them.
If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.

I disagree, I have only a high school education and don't use it very often... mostly from all my years in law enforcement i piced it up. BUT, i've known some very well educated people who use it. don't tell me i'm stupid for using it.

That is your opinion and you are totally entitled to it. I do swear in front of my kids but not "bad" swear words .. and when I say "bad" I mean what "society" considers not so nice words. I will say ass, shit, damn .. and yes I sad the "GD" word .. but I can't help it .. I grew up with my parents saying it and it's kind of like tradition .. lol .. to me personally, it's a word .. I am not cursing God. When my mom was alive, I swore in front of her (when I was an adult) .. I didn't swear AT or TO her but I did in front of her and I do in front of my dad. If I am on the phone talking to my Aunt (dad's sister who is well into her 70's) we will talk about a certain person in our family and refer to her as a bitch. We are both adults and can say it if we want. No, I don't use the "f" word when talking to my Aunt .. I do have respect for her.
And for the record, I wouldn't cuss in front of your kids either.

I didn't at all take it personally and think your called me uneducated. I am just saying I can be well spoken as well as curse like a sailor .. lol. And I do both if and when necessary .. lol. I just know who you cuss in front of and who you don't.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.
