    Kickin' the habit

    Lunch is only an hour away. I almost just got up from my desk to go to the vending machine. I eat a Snickers almost every day at this time. It's like a habit. But, today I stopped myself.

    I decided to come here and do a post instead. I don't really have anything to say. I just thought I would do this instead of getting a snack.

    Good for you!!! Try an energy bar with alot of protein and low carbs. It will keep the cravings down. There is a bar called Detour which has 30 grams of protein and tastes real close to a snickers bar. You can find it at places like GNC

    Come post more often coconut, not only will it help take your mind of the cravings but you will make friends with us too!

    WTG. I love snickers and have to talk my self out of getting one every time I am at the store. Now that halloween is here consider getting a bag of the snack or bite size ones. Maybe freeze them at home so you will be less likely to eat them there but throw 1 or 2 in your bag on your way to work so you can still get a small taste w/o it being soo big.

    Grab a stick of chewing gum instead. It well ruin the taste of a snickers bar. Also, you can brush your teeth. You don't want to eat after brushing. And by all means, come chat with us to help ya out.
