Are there any tv shows you are just sick of?
My husband and I usually watch tv in the evenings. I have my computer so I can play on it when he watches something I don't like. But I have to say I am so so tired of CSI and all the similar crime shows. I am tired of looking up to see inside a bloody body cavity or maggots crawling on someones' face. It seems CSI Miami always starts with dancing at a party. I loved these shows when they first started but whoa, I am so tired of them now. I think he can find an episode on every night. Any one else with similar loss of interest? I would like to see some of the old type variety shows on like Dean Martin, Carol Burnette, Red Skelton, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Tom Jones, Sonny & Cher etc. I know I have gone way back so many of you don't remember any of these. But these shows were talent and comedy routines. They made me laugh instead of trying to shock me or gross me out. Ok I know I don't have much to complain about if I am complaining about this, but just wondered if any of the rest of you are ready for some new type programing?

I really wish they would do away with so many reality shows. But of course that is what most people find facinating so I guess they are here to stay. Do you remember that movie, Total Recall and they had that reality show on it (Richard Dawson was the MC)? That is what I think of everytime I see some of these reality tv shows.
Oh, and how about Logan's Run? Have you noticed how there are things going on today that are mirroring that movie? Very interesting.

I can't really think of shows that I am sick of. If I am watching something I don't like, I turn the channel.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.

Me too & the other one not the new york one...just dont like the actors in it. I do catch the reruns alot which is nice cuz some times i miss them the first time around.
