Don't need them. Went through the change at 38 and haven't had a period in 15 years!

I like it 'cuz it's small and pretty light, so it's the one I put in my purse or stick in my waist band. I have Glock 9 also, and I as far as shooting, I'd much rather shoot that one.

Before you buy one, try a lot of diff ones out, shoot them, hold them, etc to find one you're comfy with. I have an old Ruger .44 and a very old Colt .45 and both hurt my wrist if I shoot them much. They're big and heavy. More of collectors item than protection, for me anyway.

I have a friend who sells guns and he said when I was ready, to let him know and we would figure out what I need/feel comfortable with.

Yeah, I'm jealous too and I only spot about 2 days a month. I'm 43 so it should be over with soon. I hope!
