    The countdown begins

I've got exactly one month to try to whip myself into some sort of shape (yes, I know round is a shape, but I don't like that shape. ) before my DH's high school reunion. *sigh* I'm panicking. What do I wear? I'm going to have to do a million crunches between now and then... maybe I should try that special K diet...... eeks.

Good Luck! You can do it, you just gotta set your mind(and your body lol) to it...........The special k diet does work! My sister lost some weight with it and now maintains her weight with it as well, worth a shot.

Good luck, dieting is very hard work, and so much things can sabatage (sp) our efforts.

I would love for you to come and visit me at my blog.

Speed walk at least 3 or 4 days a week for at least an hour and the weight will fall off of you. I did it and noticed a big difference in just two weeks.
