ok..I never read all the post so I might just be repeating but I think that it just helps people to know that now you have finally spoken and came to the people of this board and finally explained..I think things would have been alittle more tolerated if you the owners of the board would have came and said something sooner then now...with that said....I am getting used to things now...lol

We are moving forward and will listen to anything constructive that users have to say, as there are a lot of great people with great ideas around here.

Brandon i go to another forum and they have a warning box that pops up when a repost is made and asks you to double check it if the posts matches part of another title or thread.........is that possible? I think it would weed out some of the reposts.....also is there a way to make hypelinks and i am just too dumb to figure it out with this new software???

I am a LONG time viewer and ocassional poster to the boards...I don't mind feeling "out of the club" most of the time because I do not invest the time it takes to be "in the club" but I was so surprised by the changes! I thought "wow....everyone knew this was going to happen, but me" I thought maybe it was told through Private Messages..and since I don't post much, I was left out....
Is it wrong for me to say it was comforting to know...I wasn't the only one?
I like the things that were changed back and I love the deals on Big Big Savings, the reason why I come. I don't usually send for freebies anymore, but I like knowing where the good online buys are.

I just want to touch on something that is bothering me...

I notified the mods last week prior to Judy coming on board that she will be doing some updates on the boards, and getting involved behind the scenes.

Yes, we were told the day before Judy/Chris came aboard... no, we did not know that all of these changes were going to happen. One of us would have made a post about it.. I assure you of that.

I have voiced my concerns privately among the admins/mods, and I just want everyone to be very clear that none of the mods or long time admins knew that these type of changes were going to happen. All we knew was that there were going to be some upgrades.

I love all of the changes and the speed of the board...really everything you all have done. It is so much appreciated. Of course we need advertisers if we want to have a decent board. I have been here since 2000 (before under a different name) and this is the best I have ever seen the board run. Some people just like to complain. Perhaps they need some hobbies. Don't let it get to you, you guys are doing GREAT!!!!! Perhaps it would have been best to make an announcement to everyone in advance, but for those that just started bashing and complaining about the changes, perhaps it would have been nice for them to kindly ask about them first instead of just lashing out like 2 year olds. Communication is a two way street and without you guys this board would be the mess it was before you arrived. So THANK YOU for all you guys have done, you are awesome!!!!!!!!!!
And for anyone who takes what I wrote above personally...well I guess you know then I'm talking about you!

The changes on the board were a surprise, but I do like that they now have BBF at top and MWT at the bottom of the page. Not too much bothers me about the changes.

However, I've noticed today when I clicked on the 'Back' button on my browser, it didn't take me to the previous page. When I looked to see what was happening (using the drop-down arrow), I found that it was trying to take me back to an ad link. The ads are not showing up on my screen ("The webpage cannot be displayed" appears in those fields), so now when I want to page back, I have to go to the drop-down list and scroll through about 4 listings past the unloaded ads to get back to the previous page.

Overall, the changes don't bother me too much

Sounds like a problem with your browser or maybe disable popups. I am using foxfire and I have no problems at all using the back button.
