Thread: homemade angel food cake...yummm

last night I made some and it's sooooo good! I haven't made it for years, since I was back in the midwest and had my mom's pan. I finally broke down and bought the cute red silicone one and last night tried it out... the bottom (well it would be the top once taken out of the pan) was a little burnt which has never happened in the metal one... I'm guessing it was b/c I used the non stick cooking spray and the directions said not too but other than that it came out delicious! we've been getting the store bought ones and they are just NASTY. from now on this is the way to go.
