Anybody here eat an all raw food diet? Im watching wife swap.

Ok this my opinion but, I think it s disgusting.

Im watching wife swap tonight(Feb 19th) This family from Iowa eats an all raw food diet( raw meats, eggs, vegis) & dont clean their home because they think germs & bacteria are good for them.
They say water dehydrates the body & they dont drink it. They make toothpaste from butter & clay. Their kids dont go to school & they work on their farm 10 hrs a day. They say that's their schooling.

Pretty dumb of them to go on a show like that then seeings how Childs Services will prolly be knocking on their door before the week is over. You cant live like that. (Im not even watching the show, but that sounds nasty as hell.)

*blush* I eat raw veggies...and the other thing I eat and LOVE is called kibbee nyee....its a lebanese food. Raw ground lamb with some kind of spices and cooked bulgur wheat, olive oil on the top. You eat it on pita bread with raw onions...YUM! But the farm people sounds nasty. Butter and clay??? *Ralph*

I have heard of kibbee, but never tried it and I eat raw vegetables. Other than that, I want my food cooked!

I seen Wife Swap tonite too and was kind of repulsed by how those people think. I also noticed the farm mom's teeth (gums were nasty) as she was saying toothpaste is bad for you!

Did you all notice how upset her son was getting? .. That is not normal .. I think there are some deeper issues there!

I guess to each their own and I know normal farm people don't eat like that .. but I am glad to be a city girl!

They have only been on the raw food diet for a yr. I wonder if they gave the kids a choice or just said they were going to eat it.
