Question for moderator

I have noticed some members posting with "banned" written under their user name. What does that mean? Just curious.

I didnt think members who are banned were allowed to post, perhaps their old posts are being bumped up? How odd....

Members who are banned, can not post.

I am not sure what post(s) you are talking about, but it could be that the person was banned after they posted.

I believe the OP is referring to line under their name...i.e. buttrfli has 'bah humbug!'...if so, the 'banned' that you saw was probably the member just poking fun and writing 'banned' as a joke. It's not the real banned....

yea, some ppl do put that under their name.... but when someone is really banned, it also says "banned" under their name LOL

If a thread is brought back from the archives then the banned person who posted in it will be listed in it. Look at the name to see if they are current members. If they are then they are just joking but if not then they are banned and gone.

Some sites offered banned members a so called pardon if they wanted to come back but not sure how many took the offer. Some probably went on to other sites and are staying there.

No one was actually banned during the time of the updates. It was a glitch that was happening become the DNS wasn't resolving for some. We didn't ban anyone, then decide to let them back in. If someone is banned, it is for a reason. If someone is let back in, it is because they have contacted myself or Mom2jal and we have evaluated their account, the reason they were banned, and the situation was settled.

Yes, it kept saying people were banned but we could post anyway. So funny. Just a glitch but it surprised many.

((((Carrolin)))) You couldn't do anything that would call for banning. I would worry if you were banned.
