Re: job interview questions?
Im sorry I dont really have any help except maybe perhaps something like "I've always enjoyed shopping at sears and the people seem lovely and it seems like a family environment to work in" Or something like that.....Anyway what I really wanted was to say Good Luck and let us know how things work for ya

Re: job interview questions?
I agree with what freeby4me said, I worked at sears jewelry for about 2 and half years, I left there for about a year, then went back there and worked for almost 5 years more in the mens and kids department. I liked it alot.
Good luck!!

Re: job interview questions?
To the why do you want to work here question say that you enjoy working with the public and helping people out. To the why do you think you would be a good fit say that you are hardworking, dependable, responsible and friendly. If there is a question that asks what your strengths are build yourself up, but if there is a question about areas for improvement give an answer. I work at Target and often do first interviews and that is a big no for us if you say you don't have any areas for improvement. Everyone has something they can improve on. Good luck!

Re: job interview questions?
An answer for the "areas of improvement" without giving the story of your life is 'to learn everything about the job and the company'. If you have not worked for a while )which it sounds like, you can use that as a weakness.
Do not say that you need to improve anything that would affect your productivity on the job.

Re: job interview questions?
I would have said that I feel that I can be an asset to the company and have a high regard for their products and services.
