They are compressed ("zipped"), you have to have an "unzip" program. There are ones you can download for free (some are just trial versions, but will still work). I can't think of the names of the programs right now! Google "file zip programs" and see what comes up. OR maybe someone else knows the names.

You could also try going to Windows Explorer (right click on the START button and choose Explore), go to the directory where you saved it (in the left hand panel) and in the right hand panel, double click the file. If you have some kind of program already loaded, it will "unzip" the file. PM me if this gives you any trouble.
