Re: Need Help
I just read your post, I used to work at Sears Mens department. I know they have a decent selection of mix and match suits. You cant go wrong, with white dress shirts, and light blue dress shirts. They both go really nice with Black pants, and you can get a Navy and a Black Suit coat, they will all tie in nicely with the black pants. And do stay away from cuffs. They look nice on SOME men, but not all, in the end they are more aggrivation. But with the black on black, you wanna try to make sure the blacks are the same or as close as possible.

LIsarae--
thanks for the suggestion-what I wound up doing was did a search on men's fashion on about.com & read a few of the things-Sean had to wind up going on his own because my mom winded up going to the emergency room. told him to try to stay away from cuff pants, gave him the paper work I printed up & he went to JC Penneys-came back with a black jacket & black slacks (both from Stafford), black socks, deep blue shirt and a deep gray shirt and 1 tie that was kinds like a block style with gray and blue squares and black lines going thru it on a grayish blue background--I don't know how it sounds but it did come together except the tie was a little too short-so he decidede just to keep the bottom button of his 4 button jacket buttoned---he said had it been under other circumstances (his g-mother not in the hospital)he was going to get a black shirt & white or red tie and just show me that & tell me he was going to start dressing like the maffia for work--but didn't want to upset me anymore than i was
I'm getting too old for this
thank you again

Re: Need Help
sounds like he done a nice job. Is the tie a clip on? if so not much can be done about being to short, but if its a tie/tie, you cand tie it different and make it longer.
