Your opinion on Katie Couric/replaced by Meridith Vieara

I think it's crazy. She has no personality compared to Katie. I find her downright obnoxious. So not only do I say G'bye to Katie in the morning, I say G'bye to the Today Show! One good thing though, maybe I'll be able to watch The View now, LOL
Surely there is someone else out there with more personality then a wet rag.

I haven't watched it since Katie left and it is definatly going to be hard to replace her

Actually Katie hasn't left yet. I think she's staying on until the end of the month. I have never cared for Meredith so I hope she doesn't become the replacement or have they already made that decision. Last I had heard they hadn't made a definite decision but maybe I missed it. LOL

Yep, the decision has been made, Meredith is the new co-host and Rosie is replacing Meredith on The View..

Katie is still there, I am pretty sure it's a done deal with Meridith.
I simply cannot stand her.

Oh my, see how differently everyone thinks. I think Katie is adorable, and so much fum to watch. She and Matt have such a fun relationship.But that Meridith.. yuk... I can't see anyone having fun with her.

I too HATE Katie. I want to smack her. I'm pleased now I can watch the TODAY SHOW without wanting to kill her, but now I can't watch my beloved CBS Evening News because of her!!!

Has anyone heard if Star Jones will be out since Rosie O'Donnell wil lnow be on THE VIEW? My DH said he read that somewhere. I can't stand ROSIE, but I HATE Star Jones..

Same here!! My mom and sister think I'm crazy for not liking her, but there's just something about her that doesn't strike me right. I just cringe whenever I see her

Ick, she is why I stopped watching The View. I could not stand her in the beginning, and I hated her even more when she mysteriously lost the weight.
