Thread: Need Avatar And Change Email Help

I'd really like to change my avatar but when I go to the user cp to do that all the avatar pics show up as red X's. The Post icons show up though.

And when I try to update my email address I get the message that says "The email address you entered is already in use." but when I go back to the user cp and go to the edit email and password option it still shows up my old email address.
Any advice would be reallly welcome.
