I just have to tell somebody...
I went back to school this past Aug. I am now in my second semester. I haven't been in school since 1992. Anyway, I have been accepted to the National Scholars Honor Society! I have been able to maintain a 4.0 average and I am majoring in Criminology. I don't brag too much but I am just so darn proud of myself I had to just the once.

good for you. a 4.0 is no easy feat!!! btw, i just wanted to share a small funny about by MIL. she constantly brags on her children to the point of absuridty and when her daughter was in nursing school (at the same time I was) MIL just had to brag on her. she said she had a 5.8 gpa
i just let her go on and on.......i never did correct her

5.8?! Who was she trying to kid? Although, my mom CONSTANTLY brags on me, very embrassing, but I'm her baby. (32 yr old baby) But 5.8..lol..maybe she's adding up all of her semesters instead of averaging them. too funny.
Thanks though, it is SO hard trying to maintain it but so far so good. We'll see how it goes once I have to take science..ewwww. I was thinking of doing that over the summer when my kids are with their dad and I can concentrate completely.
