Good for you Keep up the good work. I know losing weight isn't easy. I need to loose a few pounds, but I have found the older I get the harder it is to get off but easy to put on.

So happy for you. About the sugar drinks, my husband had diabetes so his nurse told him to get diet coke and just put in a couple shots of real Dr. Pepper and you don't get that yukky diet taste. Actually drinking water is even better for you, add a squeezed lemon slice and a packet of artificial sweetner and tastes pretty good. Good luck---you go girl!
