Question about ebay feedback.
What kind of feedback do I leave when I don't receive an item, then after several emails the person tells me that it must have gotten lost in the mail and that they will refund me? Then after a couple of weeks of them not refunding my paypal, I write to them and ask about it and they finally refund me. I paid them immediately upon buying the item, and it took them two months to finally refund my money after not receiving the item. They gave me positive feedback when I paid. They did finally refund my money even though it took forever. Do I leave positive feedback for this person, and if so, what should I write in my comments? Fortunately, this is the first problem I've run into with my ebay purchases.

urgh I am going through the same thing, I ordered 3 playdoh sets from a buyer and still havent gotten them, this was at the begining of feb Since you got a refund, I think I woudl leave neutral, UNLES they already left fb for you then I would do negitive, I just wouldnt want to risk a negitive kwim?

This happened to me and I left neg. feedback and the person retailiated and left neg. feedback for me in spite...so becareful!

In your case, I would leave a Neutral & try to explain (in 80 characters or less ) what happened. Others need to know the problems that you've had with this seller!

If they already left you positie feedback, why are you worried? Do what you feel is best...I would say neg or neutral, but why didn't you file with paypal? Why did you just wait??

Personally I'd leave negative FB for them.
There are some situations where you don't have enough space to explain a sale gone wrong, so I will put "see my 'about me' profile for explaination" in the FB area. Then I can put more details of what went on, including copies of e-mails if needed.
