Thread: UPS package refusal ?

Ok, so on amazon somehow my order for a carseat went through twice! I dont know how but it did. Anyway as soon as I got the shipping notice on the 2nd seat it was to late, so I emailed them and they said as long as I refused the box there would be no shipping charge back and I would get a refund upon receipt of the seat. Well I thought for sure I would be able to track the package going back...but I cant, it says it was deliivered here, nothing about it being refused So now what....anyone know how this works? I tried emailing amazon to find out but I cant find where to do it without saying I am returnign it again....help!

You need to contact usps immediately. Sometimes it takes a few hours for it to go in the system.

Good luck. This happened to me once with eddie bauer. It is a total nightmare on the nerves, but it should work out!

ok I refused it on friday...its still not showing up it appears it was delievered to me then nothing, do I contact thriough the web site?

Looks like it departed from Lexington and has already been received back in Lexington. So chances are, it was returned yesterday and hopefully they will update their system today and issue your credit.
