I've been looking for a cellphone too and was concidering tracfone. I need one for hubby since he has liver disease and i never know when I'll need to dial for help.
we have a free phone for 911 but it won't stay charged.

hopefully I can get hubby to get a tracfone too.

We have T-Mobile to go for my hubby and the phone was $39.99 and came with 30 minutes and we bought a refill card for $100.00 for 1000 minutes and it lasts a year. Plus after a $100 you get 15 % more minutes with each refill.

All minutes include nationwide long distance and roaming on the T-Mobile To Go network. If you refill before your account expires, all your minutes will extend to the new expiration date.

    $10.00 30 min.

    $25.00 130 min.

    $50.00 400 min.

    $100.00 1000 min.
Why not learn to enjoy the little things - there are so many of them.

I have to stick with my tracfone, tmobile is not available in my area. I have never bought any minutes on my tracfone. Paid $19 for it. Got 40, plus 10 for activating it online. At the time of activation, I got 100 free minutes from a friend. Since then, I have gotten 7 referrals, for 700 minutes. I do not have to get any more time until May.

WOW... the minutes are very cheap..... I, personally, would NEVER use a 1000 mins in a year !
