Please don't forget to give your pets fresh water. They are hot and need water!!!

Our dogs have been sleeping in the house during the day and going out at night... even then they sleep on the air vents in the floor LOL

I make sure I give mine ice cubes as well. I put them in their water plus give them to them like a treat. You'd think they were having a steak the way they act with ice cubes...lol

Our dogs have thos little plastic pools outside and when they go out inthe heat of the day to use the bathroom, I put a bucket of ice in the pool and the "fish" for the cubes lol.

I put out floor fans and my dogs are hanging out in front of them. The cat however seems to prefer the heat of the garage. Cats are so strange...
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.

i have the most spoiled dog in the neighborhood
shes on a cement patio most of the day....and the cement is pretty cool until around 3pm. she has a padded mat to lay on if she wants.....ice water.....and i even set up 2 beach umbrellas for her to lay under! lol
oh...and she spends just as much time in the pool as i do.

We have an indoor cat and I feel so bad for her when it gets real hot. We don't have air conditioning here but we have fans. Today it's supposed to be real hot and humid.

yeah, my dogs get ice several times a day........my cat gets one every once in a while, but he stays indoors all the time..........he just wants to make sure you feed him and that he gets a cup of water in the bathtub at night before bedtime.........LOL

Our doggies go outside ONLY when they want to.
We have this great thing called a doggy door! 
hehe I LOVE it! Hated getting up early to take them out so now they can go when they need/want to. My dog loves to go out and hang on the patio especially when the wind is blowing. And if I'm in the pool she will run around outside until she gets tired and then go in, but I only go swimming at night. Yep, our babies are spoiled, but that's why we got them!
Good message OP! I couldn't imagine having to stay outside year round especially in this heat.If you don't want dumb answers, don't ask dumb questions
