I Love My Radio Station!

We are beginning to be regular contest winners on our local radio station WAKG. Hubby won tickets to see Chris Cagle last month and tonight I won......
A trip for the whole family to The Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg and $50.00 spending money! It is not even open yet! This is going to be so cool!

Williamsburg is much more than Arizona Pete's. Not even in the same category except they are away from home. I'm sure you will have a ball up there. Not that many hours from you. My BIL takes lots of tour groups up there for Carolina American Tours bus company.

Thats so cool. My local station thinks my dads name is funny so whenever he calls they always keep him on the air and give him the grand prizes, I think they do it just to embarass me. They won a trip to an aretha franklin concert, including a limo, dinner the works, I was jealous I never win anything on the radio. Have fun on your trip and send some of those radio vibes my way.

O.K. I went and picked up my "trip". It is for 1 night at The Great Wolf Lodge that is opening in Williamsburg Va. ( It is still under construction) And will be ready for Grand opening sometime the end of this month. The room we get is called the "Family Suite" the price of the room is $299.00 a night!!!

You can't check in till 4PM and check out is 11AM. So when exactly will we be able to enjoy the water park? I wish the rooms were not so expensive and we would buy another night, but that is CRAZY!!

We have talked about just staying there one night, and then getting a room somewhere else and go to Jamestown and historical Williamsburg. We have talked about selling it and using the money to go somewhere else. Not sure what we will do. What would you do?

We have until May of 2006 to decide what to do which is good!

I say go for the free trip and book an extra night to really enjoy. Y'all sure are lucky with the radio winnings. Congrats and have a blast.
