This can be suppers, deserts, snacks etc.

I take a block of Cream cheese and lay on plate. (During Christmas you can actually trim it to look like tree). Throw some Cocktail sauce over top and with crackers a tasty snack

Personally I am ALWAYS looking for easy things to make )
Try the cream cheese with Pic*A*Pepper Sauce or Hot Pepper Jelly ( My favorite is homemade Pineapple Pepper Jelly )

Warm chilli as directed. Spread desired serving of fritos on plate and top with warmed chilli. Sprinke with desired cheese and enjoy!!!
One of my favorites too! I'm bad to just open a can of chilli and put some Frito's in a bowl, a few spoons full of chilli over it, then top with a hand full of shredded cheese, then pop in the microwave.

Hubby & son like this and it is so simple.

Take some potatoes and microwave them until it forms sort of a hard skin on the outside. Then once they cool a bit you can just pinch off the skin in huge chunks. Put the potatoes in a bowl, add a spoon full of butter and a spoon full of sour cream, salt and pepper and just stir it up. I don't know why but it taste really good that way. I know what your thinking, "baked potatoes" , but for some reason it's better this way. Just don't add to much butter or sour cream. Less is better. And don't whip it, just stir it up good with a big spoon.

When I do Atkins I like to brown chicken breast in olive oil on one side in a covered dutch oven. Salt, pepper, then flip the breast and let cook for a bit covered, then put on the top of each breast a chunk of velveta and a spoon full of sour cream. Cover the pot for a bit longer ( just long enough for the cheese to melt) then serve. My whole bunch loves this.

Buy Uncle Willis or is it Uncle Wily's greens seasoning and open up a can of green beans and let it cook for just a bit with those seasonings in them and they will taste like they came out of your grandma's kitchen right after she picked them out of the garden and cooked them down. This seasoning is good for greens too!

I like to make cinnamon toast (light bread, butter, sugar & cinnamon) in the oven stacked up and wrapped in foil. It taste better this way I think. We do that for desert sometimes.

during the summer something quick that I make in the blender that is quick and simple .
1 package of orange kool aid, ice cubes, sugar, and milk. Blend it all together and it taste great.

    ______________________________________________

Another thing I like to do is take a package of cream cheese, a dash of lemon juice & vanilla. Mix it together with a mixer, then mix in a tub of cool whip. We either eat it by itself this way or maybe pour it in a graham cracker crust.

    ________________________________________

In a skillet, slice up a package of hot dogs, add to cans of pork and beans and cook until the hot dogs look done. This is really good to eat with light bread.

    __________________________________________________

In a skillet, scramble hamburger meat, and a diced up onion. Drain the meat when it browns, then mix in prepared mustard and let it cook just a bit more. I love eating it this way by itself or on a bun.

That's all I can think of that we do that is quick and easy that doesn't already come pre-made or in a box.

    Seriously,
Put chicken breast in pan, cover with Italian salad dressing, bake in oven on 350 until done. (I don't actually eat it my family LOVES it, I do not like chicken.) This is even easier if you by the frozen chicken breast in a bag, all you have to do is wash them.

I make this a lot, I also use bbq sauce instead of italian dressing. I have also used cream of chicken or celery soup and baked it in that. It always comes out good. I also always use frozen chicken breasts, I have a hard time rembering to take things out of the freezer early enough lol

When my kidlettes were real little, this was their first recipe. They thought they were bigshots fixing lunch for everyone. Took awhile longer for them to master jam, still learning. Now just need to teach them to use the sponge and wipe up the mess. The ones I'm talking about are in their 30's

My friend takes canned biscuits and little smokies sausages and they are addictive to eat. Heat oven to 350. Take one biscuit and flatten it out then cut into four pieces. Take each piece and wrap a sausage in it. It fits a little tight but I take a touch of water and seal the ends so they hold. Bake these until brown then eat with mustard. OMG wonderful.

This sounds good. I have heard about wrapping hotdogs up like that too, supposed to be good also. I am going to have to remember to make these sometime lol

Take some boneless chicken breast, bake in oven until done

dump the sour cream/cream of chicken mixture over the chicken- top with shredded cheddar or mozarella cheese.

put back in oven for about 15 minutes.. at 350 ... yummy!!
