Lets see I had several favs...one was I would go to the bathroom, open a bandaid and suck on it...made me vomit everytime...another was take 3 slices of bologna and take a bite of them...once again a sure way to make me get sick...thick bologna still to this day will make me sick...I know these are weird but heck whatever it took to stay home...hehe.

I would get ready like I normally did and then leave the house and go wait at the bus stop and then when I knew that my mother had left for work I would go back home. lol Sometimes while I was at school and decided I didn't want to go to a specific class I would just skip that class or leave school and go hang around down town. The guy that I dated while I was in high school worked down the street from the school at an auto body shop so sometimes I would go over there and talk to him for a while.

I would get a cup of water and pour it into the toilet while making "puke sounds". LOL It worked every time!
I have to make sure my son doesn't read this. LMAO!

Nothing crazy... I'd walk in the front door (to make sure mom saw me) and walked out the back door and cut across the feild to my house LOL
I never skipped until jr high and high school and out of all the time i did skip mom only found out once ssshhhhhhhh

When I was like 11 or 12 my mom left me and my younger brother, he was 6 or 7 by ourselves in the morning before school. We would be up and dressed before she left for work but we had to eat breakfast and go to the bus stop after she left. Well, and this is really mean LOL!, I used to force my brother to drink the milk off his cereal so he would puke (he hated milk). Then I would call my mom at work and tell her he puked and she would not be able to leave so she would tell me to stay home and watch him for the rest of the day! I threatened his life if he told! I was soooooo mean to him!

A bunch of friends & myself purposely rubbed Poison Ivey all over ourselves. It was absolutely the stupidest thing I have ever done! I still have scars from the itching!

A couple of times I told my parents that school was cancelled. They only fell for it a couple of times. LOL

I was never one to push my luck against my parents, but if there was a big math test that I hadn't studied for (math was my worst subject)then I would go to the bathroom hold my head along with the thermometer over the heat vent
until both of us registered 100+degrees. Then I would dab some water on my face and neck!!!! This worked everytime, until my mom decided to stay home with me this one time and she couldn't figure out why my temp. was so high that morning, but drastically came down to normal within minutes without her giving me any meds. Needless to say, my hookie days were over..............................til high school
