Anyone have a pasta maker?
I got one second hand with no recipes and the measuring cup it comes with doesn't say how much flour to use. I'd love to have some different recipes for it, especially that tea cookie (or whatever it is) that the one I had ages ago came with.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Here is the kind I have. http://fantes.com/marcato.htm

Re: Anyone have a pasta maker?
I have a Popiel, but I'm sure any pasta recipes for any electric machine will work for me. If anyone would want to scan or type some up for me and email them to me I would be most appreciative!
I have been itching for one since mine broke years and years ago and I finally found one at a reasonable price. I knew it didn't have the manual when I bought it, but the seller told me he'd include some recipes. He did include recipes, but it was for maranara sauce and things like that LOL
My email is [email protected]

Oh you rock! Thanks a bunch.
My hubby had just asked me why I didn't just look online for them, and, amazingly, it just hadn't occured to me to do that LOL

Ok call me stupid. I always thought a pasta maker was for making homemade lasagna noodles or spagetti. I wondered why anyone wanted one. Now you say you can use them to make cookies? That is a different story!! Tell me more.

Re: Anyone have a pasta maker?
diana_circe, your welcome. Looking online is one of the first things I do when I can't find something. Took me a while to realize I could do that. Sometimes though you just can't find what your looking for though.
buglebe, I don't know if you can make cookies or not. But I like making homemade pasta sometimes. It tastes different from the dried pasta you get in the store. I usually make egg noodles. In Indiana where my sister lives they can buy frozen egg noodles and they taste alot like the homemade ones but they don't carry them around the area I am in.
