Whatcha makin' today??
I'm making homemade Chicken Alfredo, breadsticks, and upside down pineapple biscuits for dessert.
EZmoney...the last time I posted, I passed my boards, you asked if it was nursing. No it isn't, It's EMS. In July I'm going to take a 15 week 1160 hour crash Critical care Paramedic Specialist course so I can go on the choppers. At least the first part of my Paramedic is done. I may chicken out..2 years of classes done in 15 weeks...
Then I may do the nursing program. Depends on how ambitious I get.

todays menu is:
Lemon herd white fish
white rice seasoned with Sazon
peas
and for dessert i have cherry cheesecakeI finally found the one man not like all the rest!

Yum is right... I LOVE Beef stew. Whenever I make it I make enough for the next day and late night fridge raids

Today was my cleaning and shopping day so for lunch we ate mickey d's and tonight dh will be making his yummy chicken stirfry.

tacos.. and i might make a strawberry dessert i found at walmart yesterday. im pretty hungry tonight

Mike cooked breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast & potatoes
I did dinner: this sausage & rice casserole
leftover cake for dessert (except for Isabel cus she didn't eat dinner!)
