What song would you nominate as the worst song ever?
Strange Pick For the Worst Song Ever
The classic Beatles song, "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," has been voted the worst song ever in an online poll of 1,000 people conducted by Britain's Mars. Okay, so maybe this tune is more fun than serious poetry, but does that make it the worst song EVER? Even the BBC News notes that it's on the Beatles' "White Album," which is often regarded as one of the best albums ever made.
The top five "worst" songs ever, according to the Mars poll:
1. "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," by The Beatles
2. "Fog on the Tyne, " by Gazza and Lindisfarne
3. "I'll Do Anything For Love," Meat Loaf
4. "Diamond Lights," by Glenn Hoddle and Chris Waddle
5. "We Will Rock You," 5ive featuring Queen
"Admit it or not, most of these are songs that we liked when they first came out," Ian Edwards, a lecturer at the Academy of Contemporary Music, told the BBC News Online. "That is the nature of pop music as a part of fashion. Songs are popular at the time, but times change and often this results in embarrassing additions to your record collections. It is interesting to note that they were nearly all hits."Laissez les bon temps rouler!Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.** a 4 day work week & sex slaves ~ I say Tyt for PRESIDENT!
Not to be taken internally, literally or seriously ....Suki ebaynni IS THAT BETTER ?

we will rock you......
Every day I live I am more convinced that the waste of life lies in the love we have not given, the powers we have not used, the selfish prudence that will risk nothing and which, shirking pain, misses happiness as well.

To me, the worst song in history has to be the tune by the Vapors "Turning Japanese."
"I'm turning Japanese
I think I'm turning Japanese
I really think so."
Ughhh

Guess I'm the only one annoyed by Meat Loaf's song. The rest I can tolerate, like, or never hear.

Afternoon delight
Almost anything by the rolling stones
The milk shake song
Anything by a Blink 182 rip off
Anyone whose last name is Simpson
Werewolves of London
Mmmmmmmmm (but that is guilty pleasure, I can listen to it once a year)
Anything by Phantomas (they opened for Tool once, worst sound I have ever heard, sounded like someone skinning a cat to the tune of the Godfather played at high speed)
We are the WorldLooking for Sympathy? It's in the Dictionary between Sh!t and Syphilis.

Hmm....lord I can't pick just one. Any sort of bad duo song. And there's a TON of them. OH I KNOW! Enrique Iglesias - Hero.
The psycho boyfriend I had would alternate between singing that and NIN - Closer to me. This is like a 6 ft tall wannabe goth boy.. singing a bad pop ballad. Scarey eh? OH! Shaggy - Angel. I'm a music elitistI'm all about the indie rock.
