Re: POLL : Will Bush be able to bring together a divided nation?
I honestly don't believe he'll be able to do it. Wounds already open and festering under his first administration are just having salt rubbed in them. I don't think I'll ever be able to swallow the crap he spews. But.. I can't change it. And for the next 4 years I have to deal with it. No point in being sour.. that's what he wants anyhow

Re: POLL : Will Bush be able to bring together a divided nation?
I didn't vote in the poll, because my answer wasn't there. The answer is no, he won't be able to, but not because he caused the division. This country has been divided for longer than Bush has been in office. IMO, no one will be able to bring this country together.

Re: POLL : Will Bush be able to bring together a divided nation?
bush wont be able to heal this nation because ther are people who refuse and dont want to be healed.. they wear their anger like a badge on their sleeve...
lets look at the anger around here.. kerry conceeded.. and quite honorably too.. but yet the anger still goes on...
heck by next week kerry will be having lunch with all his republican friends like nothing happened.. you see politicians forget faster than we do....There's nuthing u cant froogle or snope!

I really think now that he has nothing left to lose things are only going to get worse and when I hear those who voted for him complaining you can find me ROTFL. I have a feeling I am going to be laughing a lot, but if you voted for him you deserve exactly what you get. Its sad but true, for the ones who did not vote for him you will have my complete and total sympathy.

as for the jobs.. what course of study are you taking? perhaps it is in a field with limited jobs...
i look back... i was once like you...all spitfire and liberal... but as i aged.. became wiser.... my views changed... i realised life was about more than just me me me...or gimme gimme gimme....
it is time to put aside the anger.. give the next 4 years a chance.. the people voted.. kerry and his supporters are the minority. the pendulum has swung the other way.. now you know how we felt BUT NEVER SAID IT during the 8 years we were held hostage under the clinton administration!
ps i left plent of spelling and gramatical errors on this page for everyone to pick apart!
