Congratulations! I quit about six years ago. The smell of smoke really bothers me now. Just think of how much better you will smell.

I quit 3-1/2 years ago. I now can smell flowers, food, fresh coffee in the pot. I smoked over 40 years at least 2 packs a day. So if I can quit, I know you can too
I feel so much better. Get hooked on Tic Tacs, small, inexpensive, and so lo-cal, and many flavors. Hang tough
