Monday Menus,let's see them!! 6/28
I am making meatloaf with a glaze sauce,mashed potatoes,peas,brussle sprouts
And home made apple crisp for dessert!

Well I never got around to fixing the chicken parmagan (sp) l planned on last week so we're having that, garlic toast and a salad.

We are having cheeseburgers made on the the GF grill and maybe some chips. I really don't want to heat the house up by making a small pan of fries. lol
We will also have watermelon for dessert.

I don't blame you lol, but it's LOW 60's, cloudy and drizzly here.So, I don't think it will be too bad with the oven on,on them Ohio humid days..no way Jose,they're lucky if I cook

When it does get real hot outside (and usually in here too) I don't do much cooking either. Its always something simple on those days.
Since my kids have been gone to WV, I have cooked maybe once.

I'm thinking spaghetti with italian sausage and salad.
Really doesn't seem like summer here, been about a month since it's been to hot to cook. I'm sure that will change soon enough.
