Re: Earthquake?
Okay, it wasn't just me then. I'm in Orange County and thought I felt something too but thought it was just me. Wasn't that fun, Suzie?
Dear Lord, please give me the strength to not slap an idiot today......Amen.

Yep, there was a 5.4 off of Baja and it hit at almost the exact same time as the OC quake. I felt it here in Palm Springs. Told hubby we had one and he said I was imagining it cause the fan light in the kitchen wasn't swinging...DUH...I had the fan on so of course it wouldnt be swinging.

Re: Earthquake?
The one thing I don't miss about California.
Last week, I got a National Geographic vidoe from the library about natural disasters. The earthquake guy was saying the reason why people were so afraid was because you never knew when they would hit. That's what I've been saying for a long time!! So I'm not crazy, LOL. (DH thought I was)

That would be me -- I live on the Gulf Coast. We have hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods - but most of that can be anticipated by watching the Weather Reports. I don't think I could handle earthquakes -- to much like someone jumping out from behind BOO!
