Just a tip from hubby the meatcutter...lol...put your meat (any kind) on "slightly" frozen and it will come out nice and moist, be sure to cook to the proper temp. though...
Why not learn to enjoy the little things - there are so many of them.

I guess I'm the only one here that doesn't like it. I think I only used it 3 times. Everything I made on it was so dry. Especially hamburgers. I like my hamburgers juicy. My husband didn't like it either.
