    Anniversary gift help needed

I am at a loss for ideas for an anniversary gift for my husband. Our anniversary is on the 17th. We will be out of town that week taking the kids to Cedar Point.

I had ordered him a antique brass address plaque with our last name and address to go on the front of our house. I am working on getting out house deemed a historical home. It was built in 1852. But the plaque won't be here in time so I am going to give him that for Father's day.

Whatever I give him will have to be small enough that I can pack it in my luggage. I just can't think of anything!!!! He is an accountant but has been out of work since December. Give me some ideas PLEASE!!!!

    Thanks,
    Dawn

    Bumping for more ideas!!

He isn't really into electronics except for his computer. I hate shopping for him. Usually I can get a little creative but not this year. Every year I have been able to catch him by complete surprise.

Last year he wanted a PT Cruiser so much but there is no way that we would ever be able to afford one. So I rented one for the weekend. The kids and I decorated it with balloons and streamers and signs and sat a 6 pack of Corona on the bumper. I parked it in the garage. You wouldn't believe the look on his face. After driving it around for the weekend he decided that it was fun to drive for the weekend but he really wouldn't want to drive one all the time. Anyway , I am really rambling here.

He is kind of depressed about his job situation and I'd really like to be able to cheer him up!
