Thread: Neighborhood sale questions.

I want to have a garage sale within the next month or so. I live in a development with about 150-200 duplexes. I was thinking we would get some awesome traffic if we had a neighborhood sale instead of just me. We don't have a neighborhood association or anything like that, so how would I get this started? I don't know more than 3 or so of my neighbors, other than my sister who lives there too. It would be great if I could get people to contribute towards a big ad and some signs, but I don't know how to approach it.

Leave your number on them so people can call you and get the details or something like that.

Printing up flyers and passing them around or placing them in areas like the laundry rooms or on bulletin boards is good.

Word of warning, you cannot place them in mail boxes though - the mail boxes are for postal use only and there could be a fine involved if the USPS saw fit.
