I didnt get to watch it, was this the 'controversial' episode ive been hearing so much about?? or was it a rerun ack! I hate it when I miss my shows! and ive missed so many Of ER. I dont think ive had time to sit and watch it for about 3 months now. I get a glimps here and there, but thats it

I saw it. I was LAMO on the ramano part!

Our tv station blocked out the "controversial" part of the show. I don't care one way or another about seeing it, BUT I do not like my local tv station monitoring what the national companies put out.

It was a LONG time before they would allow queer eye for the straight guy to be shown here. The guys on the show even made t-shirts that said "banned in Tulsa" and wore them on several of the talk shows.

I am 31 years old and I do not need to have my programming monitored by local stations. I am also a parent and it is MY responsibility to monitor what my kids watch.

There are several shows that our local stations refuse to air.

it was a new one. I'm wondering what's goin on with Lewis. She hasn't been in the last few so much. It showed on the commercial for last nights that she said she was pregnant. That was about her whole face time in the whole episode. SHe was declining a position Weaver was offering her, said she was preggers, turned around, threw up, and walked out. I wonder if she's expecting in real life.

Butterfli, your local station is not who blocked out the womans breasts, the NBC parent company decided to do it. It was blocked on everybodies TV.

justme - thats what i thought initially, until I watched the news and they said they blocked... they could have possibly meant the NBC station though....

Well Carter was on one of the early morning shows yesterday and was saying how angry he was that it was going to be removed... so we knew it was going to happen. I don't know why they bothered, it's not the first time ER has shown a womans bare chest before... it won't be the last either. Last year they showed Abby giving her mother the finger, they say @sshole all the time. ER is about on the edge as you can get w/ the FCC rules and I can't believe that all because of Janet Jackson they made them take a step backwards. Stupid sh*t!

I can honestly say that the only thing on TV that offends me is to hear the word GD... and they say it all the time now. Anybody watch A&E on monday nights? That new airline show and the House of Dreams show... those ppl curse like sailors, the only thing they bleep is the F word. I think it's refreshing not to hear bleep all the dang time, it gives me a headache!

I think NBC blurred it out everywhere - at least they did here. But I thought I read something yesterday that said they had decided to not show it. I dunno...I mean you see National Geographic stuff on tv and that doesn't bother me. If the sight of a 80 year old woman's boob on a hospital bed turns you on, you got some issues :-)

The Romano thing was funny, but I still miss his character :-( I liked when Kerry said "No one else goes to Africa" - that was SUCH a Romano line!

I don't mind the networks blocking out the bad words, the one thing i don't understand is how come when someone says a-hole they block out "hole" and not "a"??? same thing goes for the GD word... I just don't get it. Few things offend me, including bad language. I just don't get the part of blocking out the worse of the 2 words.
