    ~hangs head in shame~
I cheat when I make mine. My espresso maker is junk, and I don't even try to make cappas or lattes any more. My dot makes wannabee cappa by heating a cup of milk and stirring in a teaspoon of Folger's instant coffee and sometimes a squirt of chocolate syrup or some other flavorings.

I usually get mine at the Coffee Cartel or somewhere.

By the way, welcome to BBS!

    Try these:
    Mont Blanc Cocoa
Add three heaping tablespoons (2 scoops) to 10-12 oz. of hot water and stir well. For a creamier taste, add Mont Blanc to hot milk.
    Mont Blanc Chocolate Chillers
Combine 8 oz. of ice, 8 oz. of milk, and three heaping tablespoons (2 scoops) of cocoa in a blender and mix for about 20 seconds. This thick, cold, chocolate drink is terrific when the temperature soars!
    Dark & White Chocolate Milk
Add 3-5 tablespoons of Dark or White Chocolate Syrup (depending upon taste and size of glass) to cold milk and stir well.
    Mont Blanc Hot Cafe Mochas
Add 2 tablespoons of Dark or White Chocolate Syrup to espresso and steamed milk.
    Mont Blanc Iced Cafe Mochas
Add 2 tablespoons of Dark or White Chocolate Syrup to cold espresso and steamed milk. Serve in a tall glass filled with ice.
    Pour Le Cafe Frozen Mocha
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup halfway with Mocha Pour Le Cafe. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve!
    Pour Le Cafe Frozen Cappuccino
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup halfway with Cappuccino Pour Le Cafe. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve!
Pour Le Cafe Frozen Caramel Latte
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup halfway with Pour Le Cafe Cappuccino. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Add 1 oz. (2 pumps) Mont Blanc Caramel syrup. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and caramel syrup. Serve!
    Pour Le Cafe Frozen Mudslide
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup half way with Pour Le Cafe Cappuccino. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Add 1 oz. (2 pumps) Kahlúa® chocolate syrup. Add 1/2oz. Irish cream syrup. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve!
    Pour Le Cafe White Russian
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup halfway with Pour Le Cafe Cappuccino. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Add 1 oz. (2 pumps) of Kahlúa® chocolate syrup. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve!
Pour Le Cafe Semi Sweet Mocha
Begin with a 16 oz. cup of ice. Fill cup halfway with Cappuccino Pour Le Cafe. Add milk to fill the cup to the top. Pour mixture into blender. Add 1 oz (2 pumps) Mont Blanc Semi Sweet Chocolate Syrup. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve!
*For a stronger coffee flavor, add one or two shots of espresso before blending.
**Pour le Cafe drinks can be made using whole milk, skim milk, or soy milk.

    cup.

Single: made with 1 shot of espresso and about 4 oz. milk.
Double: made with 2 shots of espresso and about 8 oz. milk.

    Iced Cappuccino
Fill a tall glass half full with ice. Add one packet Sweet 'n'
Low or other sweetener. Add 2 shots of espresso. Fill glass with
cold milk, and top with frothed milk.

    Chocolate Cappuccino
Make as a cappuccino, but mix into the espresso 1 Tablespoon hot
chocolate mix for a double, and 1/2 Tablespoon hot chocolate mix

    Iced Chocolate Cappuccino
Make as iced cappuccino, but stir 1 Tablespoon hot chocolate mix

and 1 1/4 oz. syrup for double cappuccino.

    Iced Flavored Cappuccino
Fill a tall glass halffull with ice. Add two shots of espresso.
Pour milk into steaming pitcher and stir in 1 1/4 oz. syrup

Add hot chocolate mix to cold milk and steam just enough to mix
thoroughly. Pour over ice and top with whipped cream.

Add syrup flavoring to cold milk. Steam only enough to get a head
    of froth. Pour over ice.

on stove or with steaming wand.

I just got an espresso/cappucino maker at a garage sale this weekend for $1.00 I was so excited. Now I can make my own. I used to be a barista so I kind of know what I am doing.

I do make my own frapps. I use milk (whole works best), International Foods coffee, and ice. Sometimes I throw in some ice cream like they do at Baskin Robbins.

My 5 year old is a frapp junkie. She has been ordering them for me at Starbucks since she was 3. She is so funny. She goes up to the counter and tells them I would like a Venti Mocha Brownie frappucino please. And if they give her the wrong size she tells them! She gets a coffee free frapp, they are just made with cream.
