My son wants "pasketti and meatballs" for his birthday dinner on Thurs.

I Use hamburger, onion soup mix and some parmesean cheese, mix it well, roll it into little balls, put them in a baking pan(13 X 9) throw em in the oven (350 preheated), and cook them till they are done (I don't like to keep turning them in the skillet)

I've made them by just rolling ground beef into small balls and simmering them in the sauce for an hour or so.

Publix makes their own and they are good.
