Thread: Powerball winner recovers lost $545,000 at strip club

I used to live in Cross Lanes for several years....it's always weird reading news in another area and know exactly what they are talkin about. Can't say I've been to the strip club, but used to gamble at the casino in Cross Lanes. I think it's great he's given so much to charity, but the story does seem a little "fishy" to me too.

LOL. Cross Lanes is like 45 minutes from where I live, so Jack Whitaker is a very familiar name around here. His foundation gives a lot of money to this area. Anyway, I am trying to figure out what his wife thinks of him bringing all of that money to the Pink Pony, which I have heard is a pretty trashy joint. LOL. What did he plan on doing with all of those $1 bills. Yes, heard on local news today that it was a briefcase full of $1s. Yikes!
