Poor kiddo....Duct tape is the answer for everything!

If Barbie is so popular, how come you have to buy all her friends????

Like I said, lots of velcro. Stick him to a chair or the wall. That'll slow him down even if his foot won't. Use the industrial strength stuff, it's stronger than duct tape.
A true friend knows who you are but likes you anyway.

Playdough homemade it's esy to make and fun, coloring books and crayons lots of craft projects..
Maybe if you try getting him to sit for awhile for a treat and a whole movie then let him get up for like 5 minutes then start all over again..I do this when I have a exam and have to study , want to clean the house or at the end of the week like Friday after he has a good potty week.
My son he just turned 3. I take him to Blockbuster get him 2-3 movies come home make him some popcorn or the treat of his choice like fruit snacks, fruit peels nothing to junky and tell him while mommy cleans or studies etc he must watch the movie and eat his treat, but he must sit or he will loose his treat and movie..
    It works!
I hope the little fellow feels better!
