Hubby was soooooo good to me tonight

First I was kinda dissapointed that I came back home to find out I had missed the troll play-off game, but what my hubby did for me this evening more than made up for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, I have been with out a dryer for over 4 months (other one went out---lets just say, it is so old, probaby came over on the Mayflower) I have been hanging my clothes up in my bathroom to dry, and if I need something dry pretty quick, I had to put it in front of a fan (not fun)(really haven't had the money to put out on a new dryer) hubby was layed off for the winter, and we have just gotten caught back up on everything.

We went to Sam's club tonight (we had seen a dryer on clearance there last week, but didn't have enough to get it--good thing we didn't) We went back, to see if they still had it-- they did for $15 less. We looked and saw one that was still in the box for $75 LESS that the one we had seen the week before!!!!! we got a brand new dryer, extra large capacity for $150!!!!!! I am so doing a happy dance right now, no more hanging clothes up to dry for Taybai!!!

That's not the only thing, I have been out of printer ink too (I have a lexmark and it is sooooo expensive to replace the ink--- dont like the print quality, looks really watered down compared to HP ink) anyway, while we were at Sam's we saw a HP all in one(they have a ton of them right now) on sale for $88, so hubby bought me that too, and I can print all the cool coupons, that I have been missing lately!!!!! Plus replacement cartridges for this is LOTS cheaper than the Lexmark one, Hubby is so good to me (guess I better be nice to him for a while, lol)

Sorry to go on so, but you don't know how much nicer these two items are going to make things for me.

I don't get treated very often (I usually put Dh, and the kids first) I know mine was something for the house, but it still was great to get them.

lol can't be next, lmao, i'm the only one besides my kids, lol and can't even be good to myself, lol the kids always need something more, lol

Know the feeling, don't they always? I am dreading school shopping, they have either outgrown, or worn out just about all theirfall/winter clothes. We plan on starting that next week if all goes well.

Are you going to be one off the lucky ones who will get the extra child tax credit? I hope so maybe you can put a little toward yourself?

We haven't heard yet, but if we do, we will be in the Jul 25 mailing

Congrats on your big day!! It sounds like you really deserved it! I know some people might not understand getting excited about a dryer, but I know where you're coming from.

I can't imagine going without one for so long.

It's all about the little things that make life just a little bit easier.

I'm glad hubby treated you to stuff you needed! Enjoy!
