How many of you have met....
one of your closest/best friends online?? I met one of my dearest friends in the world online in a chat room almost 4 years ago. We are so much alike it's scary. We think alike, we like the same things, I could go on and on.
My hubby was skeptical at first, I guess he didn't think it was possible to be that close to someone you've never "met". We even got to meet a couple of summers ago when I flew out to see her and we completely hit it off in person too. I just wish she lived closer to me. 
We say we're going to share a room in our nursing home when we're old though. 
lol Just curious how many of you have found a friend through the net too.

I did get to meet one of my friends who lives not that far from where I work. It was great.
I also have some others phone #'s so we can call each other

I have found my 2 best buds (MK & Missymommy) and a few more good friends (jadegentle, mrs. john, lizerella & freebiegrl22) online. The only one I haven't met yet is missymommy...we are planning to rectify that this summer

what are friends? I have acquaintences (sp) but friends are hard to find and harder to keep. But i've met some great people on this site. Thanx guys

I've met quite a few wonderful people here. We send each other gifts and call each other. There's a few I still haven't met in person though.
Hopefully, we'll get to soon.
