My parents leave the shucks on and put it in the microwave for like 5 minutes......when its done, take the shucks and silks off and butter just like you normally would. It's really good that way.....

MMMM I can't wait, my grandfather grew corn since my dad was little and now that he's gone my dad had taken over the garden. We just boil it in water until it easily pierced with fork. When we have alot left over at the end of the season, cook it all, slice it off the cob, in a huge bowl but some butter in it and mix it all together and put it into freezer baggies. Then that way we can have fresh corn all year around. Its awesome having fresh corn with Thanksgiving dinner. OH I CAN'T WAIT!!
