    Question Wild Turkey?

Um, ok, so My DH just brought home a turkey that he killed this morning.....He is going to de-feather it and I think just bring the breasts in the house to put in the freezer. I have absolutely NO idea how to cook a "real" turkey....I have only ever cooked one turkey from the store! (I make Ham at Christmas!) SO>>>>>any advice would be MOST appreciated if there is something I need to know about seasoning and cooking a wild turkey!

Wild turky- Take the breast, slice it thin into medallions and then pan fry. Its pretty good that way.

Turkey that you buy at the store is raised and fed on farms and sometimes even genetically altered to taste like they do....This was just a Turkey that he shot out hunting.....They taste completely different.
