Wild Turkey?
Um, ok, so My DH just brought home a turkey that he killed this morning.....He is going to de-feather it and I think just bring the breasts in the house to put in the freezer. I have absolutely NO idea how to cook a "real" turkey....I have only ever cooked one turkey from the store! (I make Ham at Christmas!) SO>>>>>any advice would be MOST appreciated if there is something I need to know about seasoning and cooking a wild turkey!

Wild turky- Take the breast, slice it thin into medallions and then pan fry. Its pretty good that way.
