Angry Help! the web ripped me off.....

Could any one give me some good advice? I ordered some apple cider vinegar tablets from http://www.herbalnurse.com and they charged my debit card and I never got my order and I have sent several emails and got no response back and I have tried to call several numbers from there web site and all of them have been disconnected. I went to Planet Feedback but they don't have them listed and I feel if I send a letter by postal mail that also will get no response and I have never had a problem ordering from the web ever before but I figured out that this company is a major rip off!

Call your bank and let them know that you never received the merchandise and want to dispute the charge. They will give you a provisional credit and more than likely send you a form to fill out and mail back. Don't pay for something youo did not get!

Thanks for the responses, I did file a complaint online with the http://www.bbbonline.org/consumer/complaint.asp and hope they can get through to them and if that don't work then I will try my bank next.
