Nachos Olé
can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 bag (about 10 oz.) tortilla chips
Chopped tomato
Sliced green onions
Sliced pitted ripe olives
Chopped green OR red pepper
Directions:
MIX soup and salsa in saucepan. Heat through.
SERVE over chips. Top with tomato, onions, olives and pepper. Serves 6.
If desired warm chips in microwave. Divide between 2 microwave-safe plates and microwave 1 plate at a time on HIGH 1 min.
Nachos make a fun, eat-with-your-fingers supper. Offer peeled oranges, separated into wedges, as an accompaniment, and ice cream bars for dessert.
