I DO know that at the time I made this post, his unit was not doing anything but sitting around and not doing much of anything.
So please do not ack as if I dont know what I am talking about, I got my info from several very reliable sources.
All I was trying to get at is that there are so many of our soldiers over there right now, many are overworked and need a break. Then there are some who are not getting missions and are getting restless, bored and frustrated (like my hubby) and would like to at least be able to do what they have trained for, not sit around playing cards.
I just wanted to add that I spoke to a soldier my husband knows who is in Kuwait. As of last week, his unit isn't doing anything either. They have been in Kuwait for some time, now. I know that what you are saying is absolutely true-there are some units who are waiting around.
