    babystar - Velveeta Fudge

I know this is going to sound so wierd, but here is a recipe for Velveeta Fudge. I is really wonderful, and easy.

    MELT:
    1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. margarine
Melt cheese and margarine in Microwave or on stove (not the highest setting). Make sure it is melted...
    SIFT:
    2 lbs. powered sugar
    1/2 Cup Cocoa powder
Pour the cheese/margarine over the sifted ingredients and stir, stir, stir (I use an electric mixer, and throw everything in the sugar mix even if it seperates, really)
    ADD:
    1 Tbs. Vanilla
1 Cup walnuts...or other nuts (optional)
POUR: onto greased cookie sheet and cool. Cut into squares, can also freeze!
Live hard, love hard and laugh harder.
